This market leading HR and Benefit consulting practice are looking to hire a Data Consultant/client Manager to join their Leeds based team.
The team are responsible for the delivery of a wide range of data projects for a range of pension scheme administrators, including their own in-house admin team. The job holder, who will be primarily client facing will take a lead role in a range of technical projects, taking responsibility for the successful delivery and implementation of the projects.
Specifically you will meet with clients to understand their requirements and the data solutions to meet these objectives. You will deliver advice to a range of stakeholders including pension managers and trustee boards, and prepare detailed action plans and strategies to deliver on your recommendations.
The successful candidate will be experienced in leading and presenting at client meetings and be comfortable in taking a lead proactive role in ensuring satisfactory delivery of project work.
You will need an advanced knowledge of UK pension schemes and their legislation, along with a good understanding of pension administration and the various pension administration systems in the market place.
A solid knowledge of data audit, cleansing and GMP reconciliations would be advantageous, as would an understanding of the manual benefit calculations and processes.
