Client Relationship Manager – Pension Communications - London
This award winning firm provides a pure Consultancy Service to FTSE100 companies in relation to member engagement for pensions and employee benefits. Key to their success in winning business is their forward thinking in the digital market, so this role will involve working with clients to project manage communication business strategy/planning and discuss the media used, video, print, social media and accessing benefits and messages on a variety of mobile devises. The key to this role will be your ability to build client relationships, understand the audience, branding, offer creative solutions, discuss expectations, manage a variety of the projects and ensure work is delivered timely and within budget. You will be fully supported to develop yourself and your career by structured monthly meetings where objectives are set and achievements celebrated. The work is varied and will include booklets, benefit statements, trustee & company news, website content and build and planning for legislation updates or pension scheme design changes. You will fully support the Senior Consultants with their larger clients whilst taking the lead on your own smaller client portfolio. The team are growing and we are seeking a pension communications professional who will work effectively in a team, collaborate with colleagues, share ideas and have the ability to pursued and articulate.
