Provide an exceptional service to members and trustees in relation to several Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.

Within this role you will help provide high-quality, efficient and effective administration services to a growing portfolio of clients.

You will be involved in providing a variety of services but namely key responsibilities will be processing member events and processing day to day pensions administration tasks.

Having strong communication skills you will liaise with internal departments as well as responding to external queries via both telephone and email

For this role you will need previous experience within the pensions industry have the ability to use own initiative, plan and organise time and workload.

You must have GCSE / Scottish standard (or equivalent) Maths and English and be familiar with Microsoft applications.
