Assistant Pension Consultant - Scotland or Ireland
This role will suit someone who is looking to develop their Consulting career and understands trust based DB pensions, although knowledge of DC will be an advantage.
You will work within a team of Consultants, where you will support on a variety of corporate pension clients and the work will include putting together agenda packs for Trustee meetings, attending the meetings to enable you to draft the minutes for Board sign off and distribution. The role will also involve supporting the Trustees on MNTs, IDRP and Governance work as well as drafting member communications and providing support for scheme and legislative changes. In this role you will be a resource for research, you will meet clients and be the first point of contact for all enquiries. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate working in an efficient and methodical manner. The role is busy and you will be exposed to working on DB and DC schemes, liaising with Trustees, as well as other service providers and you will develop your Consulting skills through working with a number of different clients with company pension provision in both open and closed schemes and providing support for discontinuance/wind-up work.
