You will manage all aspects of employee benefits, to include, but not limited to: Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Childcare Voucher, Cycle Schemes, Life Assurance and Income Protection plans. Respond to benefit enquiries and complaints .
Experience in pensions is key as you will manage the relationship with the third party administrators and handle all member queries.
To be successful in this role you will have gained experience working in both pensions and employee benefits, ideally with experience of managing a small team.
