Pensions Project Manager
The Pensions Project Manager role will work alongside the Team Leader responsible for the our client (RSA) arrangements, reporting to the Administration Manager.
In the short term, the successful individual would lead in:
Identifying and fixing underlying issues with data and calculations (including letter production and movement processing) that are preventing the administration team from working efficiently and achieving agreed SLA's.
Assist with the implementation of automated calculation routines for deferred pension projections.
Drive forward the delivery of ePA (in-house system) and launch to members, potentially in phased stages. Particular area of focus around deferred projection functionality, and maximising output available to members to reduce activity directed to the administration team.
Drive through the necessary changes in administration procedures to deliver Retirement Transfer options for all quotations.
Work in conjunction with the RSA Trustees Services Team (TST) to investigate and deliver an online retirement portal into the existing administration service, via ePA.
Longer term, the role would involve working alongside TST to work on specific RSA tasks such as strategic key projects, Trustee reporting requirements, data extracts, continuous improvement initiatives (such as addressing key automation gaps, data cleanse, process change).

Practical and hands-on.

Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel and Project
Able to grasp new concepts quickly.
Flexible and "can do" approach.
Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment
