Interim Contracts from 6 to 12 months working in-house in respect of major schemes featuring DB and DC arrangements. There is some flexibility with regard to hours and days worked.
The more senior roles are at the Assistant Pensions Manager level and will provide support to both the Trustees and Sponsoring Companies whilst the pensions specialist roles include those primarily supporting Trustee Boards and Committees, those with greater Member and Third Party Administrator contact and those with greater emphasis on Communications and Governance issues.
Interested candidates will need to demonstrate that they have been successfully building their experience across the pension function and that they have a high level of commitment to the effective in house management of schemes and the provision of a quality service to scheme Members. The desire and ability to continue developing and the potential to progress further towards Pensions Management level would be welcomed.
