Pension Scheme Administration Manager / Team Leader - 12 month FTC

• Lead and support a team of pensions administrators. 
• Oversee pension scheme administration and complex queries.
• Improve processes, procedures and service delivery. 
• Manage workloads and external administrator relationships. 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. 

• Experience leading a pensions administration team. 
• Strong knowledge of UK occupational pension schemes. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to drive improvements and manage competing priorities. 
• USS experience would be advantageous.
