What you’ll do
- Lead or provide senior support on buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps and other settlement solutions.
- Manage transactions from planning to completion, keeping delivery on time and within budget.
- Advise clients on their journey to settlement, including market readiness and feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors, insurers and other advisers.
- Support new business, proposition development, marketing and industry events.
- Coach colleagues and help develop future leaders.
