Whether you’re a Pensions Administrator ready to broaden your horizons or a Junior Consultant looking to develop your expertise, you’ll receive full training and the support to make this transition.
You’ll work closely with Trustees, get involved in scheme governance and build relationships across a varied client portfolio. Over time, you’ll take ownership of your own clients, develop a valuable specialism and open the door to a different career path within pensions.
What will your day to day look like?
* Supporting Pensoion Executives and reviewing work completed by administration colleagues.
* Preparing meeting papers, agendas and Chair’s Briefs, as well as attending meetings and drafting minutes.
* Liaising with clients, advisers and other key contacts.
* Supporting colleagues through training, identifying service improvements and maintaining scheme records, business plans and risk registers
