A leading pensions consultancy is seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to join its growing Scotland-based consulting and actuarial team. About the role
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with pension scheme clients
- Oversee the delivery of actuarial consulting services and provide expert advice
- Drive business growth through networking, business planning, and new client opportunities
- Manage, mentor, and develop actuarial colleagues
- Play a key role in shaping the future growth of the Scottish practice
About You
- Qualified Actuary with extensive experience in the UK Defined Benefit pensions market
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Scheme Actuary Practising Certificate
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the pensions landscape
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams
- Ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes
