This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape client strategy, drive business growth, and lead high-performing actuarial teams within the Defined Benefit pensions market.
About the role
- Lead and develop key client relationships, providing strategic actuarial advice
- Oversee the delivery of pension consulting projects and agree fee structures
- Drive business development activities and identify new growth opportunities
- Mentor, manage and develop actuarial professionals across the team
- Contribute to the ongoing success and direction of the wider pensions business
About You
- Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA)
- Extensive experience within the UK Defined Benefit pensions market
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the wider industry landscape
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships
- Previous people management and leadership experience
