About the role
- Lead the delivery of pensions consulting and outsourced scheme management services for a portfolio of clients.
- Act as a trusted adviser to trustee boards, supporting governance, strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including trustees, employers, advisers and service providers.
- Oversee pensions projects, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Support business growth through networking, business development activities and mentoring junior team members.
About you
- Extensive experience working with occupational pension schemes within a consultancy, trustee secretariat or pensions management environment.
- Strong technical pensions knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead complex projects and client relationships.
