About the role
- Lead complex post transaction and pension scheme wind-up projects
- Manage relationships with trustees, sponsors, insurers and fellow advisers
- Drive project plans, timelines and risk management to ensure successful delivery
- Provide expert guidance on insurer post transaction processes and wind-up requirements
- Contribute to business development, networking activities and tender opportunities
About you
- Experience within pensions consulting or a bulk annuity provider
- Strong knowledge of pension risk transfer, post transaction processes and scheme wind-ups
- Proven project management experience with the ability to lead multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering successful client outcomes
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development
