About the role
- Manage pension scheme projects through buy-out and wind-up
- Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors, insurers and advisers
- Develop project plans and ensure key milestones are delivered on time
- Identify and resolve issues, providing practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development activities and contribute to the wider team strategy
About you
- Experience within pensions consulting or a bulk annuity provider
- Strong UK pensions technical knowledge, including pension scheme wind-ups
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes
