About the Role
- Lead the delivery of pension administration services across DB and trust-based schemes
- Manage client relationships, trustee meetings and service delivery
- Oversee workflow, projects, quality standards and SLAs
- Develop, coach and manage team members
- Provide technical guidance on pensions legislation and complex cases
- Support process improvements and business growth initiatives
About You
- Strong Defined Benefit pensions administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of pensions legislation and industry practices
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing client relationships and projects
- Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills
