Associate Director, Pensions Audit

• Lead a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements 
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact 
• Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence, lead, coach, and support team members, help develop talent and drive performance 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional client experience 
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth 
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help shape the continued success of a growing and forward-thinking organisation 

• You will be an experienced audit professional with strong leadership and client management skills. You'll be confident leading audits, developing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.ACA or ACCA qualification, progress to RI status fully supported 
• Previous experience at Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent level, leading external audits and audit teams 
• Strong client relationship management skills
