Pension Implementation Manager - Configuration

I’m currently recruiting for an Implementation Manager – Configuration to join a leading pensions organisation.
This is a great opportunity for a pensions systems/configuration professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role.

🔹 Lead & develop a configuration team
🔹 Oversee system configuration, testing & UAT
🔹 Manage defects, troubleshooting & root-cause analysis
🔹 Work closely with clients & Project Managers
🔹 Drive successful implementations, quality & process improvement

We're looking for:
✅ Pensions systems/configuration experience
✅ Strong testing/UAT background
✅ Experience leading or managing people
