What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting data preparation for buy-in/buy-out transactions
• Working on GMP reconciliation, rectification & equalisation projects
• Contributing to Pensions Dashboard readiness and regulatory initiatives
• Carrying out data cleansing, audits, and benefit analysis
• Collaborating with internal teams and external clients on data accuracy
• Supporting scheme onboarding and transitions
What we’re looking for:
• Experience or exposure to Defined Benefit pensions
• Background in pensions administration or data (or strong interest to develop)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Progressing towards (or interested in) PMI/APMI qualifications
