We’re delighted to be working in partnership with the Government Actuary’s Department (GAD) on a senior opportunity to join their Pensions Administration Consulting team. This specialist team advises a wide range of public service clients, supporting some of the UK’s largest pension schemes and driving more rigorous, systematic approaches to quality assurance.
You’ll advise on strategic pensions administration projects for some of the UK's largest pension schemes. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, you'll help improve administration processes, strengthen governance, enhance data quality, support pensions dashboards readiness, and deliver complex change programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on pensions administration and scheme governance
- Lead and deliver client projects from inception through to completion
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify and develop new consulting opportunities
- Create technical content and share industry expertise with colleagues and clients
- Support and mentor junior team members
About you:
- Strong experience within pensions administration or the wider occupational pensions industry
- Excellent knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and governance
- Strong client-facing, communication and project management skills
- PMI qualification and public sector pensions experience are advantageous
