A leading pensions consultancy is looking for an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to oversee a portfolio of occupational pension schemes and lead a dedicated administration team.
About the role
- Manage client relationships with trustees and sponsoring employers
- Ensure high-quality pensions administration service delivery
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of pension administrators
- Provide technical guidance on pensions legislation and scheme matters
- Oversee key projects including benefit statements, renewals and pension increases
- Support business development and identify growth opportunities
About you
- Strong Defined Benefit pensions administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of pensions legislation and industry developments
- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Strong client-facing, communication and organisational skills
- Experience of third-party administration would be advantageous
