Key responsibilities
- Lead management and development of UK & Ireland pension and benefits programmes
- Oversee DB and DC schemes, governance, compliance, and auto-enrolment requirements
- Manage relationships with trustees, consultants, insurers, and other external partners
- Deliver benefit renewals, communications, employee education, and engagement initiatives
- Drive process improvements, data insights, and operational excellence across benefits administration
About you
- Draw on extensive DB & DC pensions and benefits experience, gained in consultancy and/or in-house
- Up to date knowledge of pension legislation, benefit compliance and developing market landscape
- Proven stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
