About the role
• Lead the delivery of pensions-related change and transformation initiatives.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery to time, budget and scope.
• Work closely with pensions stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Drive project governance, risk management and project reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Utilise Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver strategic business objectives.
About you
• Proven Project Management experience within Financial Services.
• Knowledge of the UK Pensions industry, including operations, administration or change programmes.
• Experience delivering business transformation and process improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, risks, budgets and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery and tools such as JIRA.
• Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
