Are you an experienced pensions professional looking for a broad, strategic role? We're recruiting a Pensions Manager to oversee multiple pension arrangements and act as the organisation's lead expert on all pension-related matters.
Working closely with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance and senior leadership, you'll manage pension operations, governance and reporting while helping shape future pension strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the pensions subject matter expert across the business
- Manage relationships with pension providers and professional advisers
- Lead pension reporting, governance and compliance activities
- Support pension strategy and drive change initiatives
- Monitor legislative developments and ensure ongoing compliance
- Engage with trustees, scheme members and key stakeholders
About You
- Strong knowledge of UK pensions, including DB and DC schemes
- Experience managing multiple pension schemes and external providers
- Able to build effective stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
- APMI qualification or similar is desirable but not essential
