What you'll be doing
* Managing accurate member and employer data.
* Supporting a range of DB pension projects, including valuations, annual benefit statements, pension increases and data validation.
* Carrying out benefit calculations and checking work for accuracy.
* Providing a professional and high-quality service to members, employers and colleagues.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
* Working collaboratively across teams and supporting colleagues when needed.
What we're looking for
* Experience in Defined Benefit pensions & pension benefit calculations.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work independently, manage your workload and perform under pressure.
* A genuine interest in developing your pensions knowledge and career.
DPA/CPA qualifications or experience supporting and training colleagues is a plus.
