We're looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead and evolve enterprise risk across a complex financial services environment. You'll drive the development and implementation of Group-wide risk management standards, ensuring robust governance and a consistent approach to identifying, assessing and managing material risks within agreed risk appetite.
Working closely with senior leaders and Boards, you'll provide trusted advice, challenge and assurance, strengthen governance, and help embed a positive, forward-thinking risk culture across the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
• Extensive enterprise risk experience within pensions, investments or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Experience implementing and embedding GRC systems.
• The confidence to influence, challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
