Pensions & Reward Manager, initial 12 mth FTC

An exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to join a leading organisation's Reward team. You'll play a key role in the management and development of retirement benefit programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and effectively communicated to employees. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage UK pension and retirement benefit arrangements. Support pension governance, provider relationships and annual scheme activities.
• Lead pension communications, employee education and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to benefits strategy, policy development and market reviews.
• Provide expert pensions guidance to HR and business stakeholders.

About you:

• Strong experience within the pensions industry, including scheme management or consultancy.
• Excellent knowledge of pension legislation, governance and best practice.
• Proven experience communicating complex pension matters to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
