We’re looking for an experienced pensions leader to shape and drive a function at the heart of operational quality, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of:
• Operational Assurance – strengthening controls, improving accuracy and driving consistent standards
• Technical Enablement – turning complex pensions legislation into clear, practical guidance
• Complaints Oversight – ensuring issues are handled fairly, effectively and used to improve service
• Governance – embedding strong frameworks that support risk management and compliance
• Continuous Improvement – identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business
You’ll play a key role in improving how pensions services are delivered across a growing business—helping to raise standards, reduce risk and enhance the member experience.
This is a highly influential role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving change, and working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, client teams and change functions.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong background in Defined Benefit pensions administration
• Experience in operational assurance, governance, technical pensions or complaints
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and leading change in complex environments
• A commercial, improvement-focused mindset
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
