Pensions Governance Executive

• Lead governance and administration of the ESG Committee 
• Drive ESG strategy, sustainability initiatives, and reporting (TCFD/Stewardship) 
• Support Trustee Boards and key committees with high-quality governance 
• Manage advisers and suppliers, ensuring strong performance and value 
• Oversee risk management and deliver key governance projects 

• 4+ years’ experience in pensions governance / trustee secretariat 
• Strong knowledge of UK pensions and governance frameworks 
• Experience working with Trustees and senior stakeholders 
• Understanding of ESG and risk management principles 
• Proactive, organised, and confident communicator
