About The Role
- Interpret and apply changes to LGPS regulations and pensions legislation
- Assess impact on processes, calculations, systems, and client delivery
- Provide expert guidance on complex cases (retirements, transfers, deaths, etc.)
- Produce technical documentation, guidance, and training materials
- Support regulatory change projects, testing, and quality assurance
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Drive improvements in processes, controls, and service delivery
About You
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions legislation (LGPS desirable)
- Experience translating complex regulations into practical solutions
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable handling complex cases
- Collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement
