Join Our Team as a Pensions Administrator

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: Circa £31,000 based on 40 hours per week (36-hour basis available), plus bonus.

What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years' DB pensions administration experience.
  • Good understanding of UK pensions legislation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Progress towards, or completion of, a pensions qualification.
  • Experience using pensions administration systems.

What you'll do
  • Process pension casework accurately and in line with scheme rules and legislation.
  • Support members by handling queries via phone, email and letter.
  • Maintain and update pension records and administration systems.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and member experience.
  • Support projects and wider team activities.
