We’re seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Investment Accountant to join a highly collaborative team, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include
- Prepare monthly NAV statements, ensuring compliance with the SIP (Statement of Investment Principles)
- Support production of Trustee Reports & Accounts, including all investment-related disclosures and schedules
- Manage investment activity including capital calls, distributions
- Review investment accounting reports from custodians and property managers, produce investment performance reports
- Prepare Trustee and Committee papers (Investment, Audit, and Board meetings)
About you
- ACCA or equivalent experienced in pension scheme finance, ideally for £bn+ pension funds with complex investment structures
- Up to date knowledge pensions accounting standards (SORP) particularly pension scheme investments and associated accounting treatments Experience preparing pension scheme tax and regulatory returns
