The Role
- Manage day-to-day pension operations (DB/DC)
- Oversee third-party administrators and service performance
- Support governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements and risk control
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors
About You
- Experience with UK pension schemes (DB & DC) administration
- Strong understanding of governance and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage third-party providers
- Analytical, detail-focused, and process-driven
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
