Pensions Administration Team Leader

• You’ll manage day-to-day team performance, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met. 
• Lead, coach, and develop the team - Monitor performance, workloads, and service delivery 
• Act as deputy to the Administration Manager 
• Review processes and improve efficiency 
• Handle complex cases, complaints, and escalations 
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders 
• Produce MI and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulations 

• Strong pensions administration knowledge 
• Proven team leadership experience 
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive mindset 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills 
• Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities
