Joining this £multi-billion Pension fund's second‑line risk function you will play a key part in overseeing pensions administration risk management and control activities. supported by a flexible hybrid working model.
About the role
- Support embedding and oversight of the Pensions operations risk and control framework
- Lead thematic reviews on control effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and escalation of key risks or control weaknesses
- Support development of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management framework
- Analyse and report to key stakeholders on areas of risk, contribute to Risk Forum discussions
- Seek opportunities through automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight
About you
- Ideally experienced in pension scheme operational risk management or audit or involved with oversight of controls for pensions administration operations e.g. AAF Reports
- Knowledge of risk and control frameworks and control assurance
- Analytical and data‑driven, producing clear and insightful risk reporting
- Organised, pragmatic and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with generative AI tools, is advantageous
