You’ll lead on projects, scheme events, and complex casework, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory requirements.
What does an average day look like / what you will be doing
- Complex manual pension calculations, both retirement and bereavement
- Manual GMP and benefit redistribution calculations, taking into account scheme nuances
- Assisting with complex queries raised across the team
- Reviewing existing processes to enhance tools used to perform actions
- Assisting with onboarding of new business and complex nuances
- Assisting with GMP equalisation queries and calculations
- Assisting with pension increase queries and calculations
Essential requirements
- Experience of completing manual pension calculations
- Experience of GMP redistribution
- Experience of complex formulas within excel
- Experience of DB pensions
- Understanding of GMP equalisation
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, working towards tight SLA Desirable requirements
- Knowledge of pension increases
- Delivery and implementation of tools/best practice
- Knowledge of AVCs
