Assistant Pensions Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of pensions management and scheme secretarial services.
  • Assist with governance activities, trustee meetings, agendas, papers, and minutes.
  • Help manage pension scheme projects and adviser relationships.
  • Monitor scheme business plans, compliance requirements, and action tracking.
  • Support budget monitoring, invoicing, and supplier payments.
  • Assist with service improvements and process development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, advisers, and colleagues.
  • About You

You'll have:

  • Experience in pensions, scheme secretarial, pensions administration, project management, or a related professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and commitment to excellent client service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
