We’re seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join an established in-house team, working primarily on a Defined Benefit (DB) scheme with some involvement in Defined Contribution (DC) governance. You’ll deliver accurate pension administration, combining technical casework, quality checking, pensioner payroll, and support for key projects such as pension increases, audits, and scheme valuations.
About the role
- Quality check team casework and ensure SLA compliance
- Process monthly pensioner payroll - Handle complex DB cases
- Maintain member data and calculation updates
- Support annual exercises and scheme projects
- Assist with DC communications, auto-enrolment, and member queries
About You
- Strong DB pensions experience
- Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with complex cases and peer review
- Confident communicator and team player
- Payroll or project experience beneficial
