Pensions Operations Manager

• Lead Pensions Team Managers to deliver high-quality administration services 
• Drive operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement 
• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships 
• Oversee resource planning to meet targets and service levels 
• Identify and implement process improvements, including new technologies 

• Strong pensions administration experience (ideally TPA) 
• Proven leadership across multiple teams 
• Strong client management and communication skills 
• Able to manage priorities and drive results
