We’re looking to speak with experienced pensions professionals who are either already working in pension implementations or are established Senior Pensions Administrators with advanced Excel and technical calculation skills looking to move into a more project-focused role.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys analysing complex pension arrangements, improving operational processes, and delivering high-quality implementation and transformation projects for clients.
You’ll play a key role in supporting scheme implementations, automation initiatives, and system transformations, working closely with project teams to develop efficient, accurate and scalable solutions.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical pensions knowledge, excellent analytical capability, and the ability to interpret complex scheme rules and translate them into practical system and calculation outcomes.
Key experience required:
* Strong Defined Benefit (DB) pensions knowledge
* Experience working with pension administration systems, calculations and member data
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
* Experience supporting project delivery, implementations, or process improvements
* Ability to interpret scheme rules and actuarial requirements accurately
