Joining this highly skilled in-house team managing administration on behalf of a £multi-bn DB Pension Fund, you will have a key role leading and supporting your pensions administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pensions administrators ensuring accurate, efficient delivery and clear communication to members and stakeholders
- You will proactively mentor and encourage team members ongoing development
- Support ongoing projects to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Work closely with the wider team, HR, Finance, and Trustees
About You
- Draw on your track record in staff management, development and ongoing mentoring
- Current knowledge of pension scheme administration processes
- Clear communicator with stakeholder management skills coupled with a practical, problem-solving approach
