Senior Associate Trustee

• Coordinate scheme governance tasks and maintain internal reporting. 
• Manage business plan actions and statutory deadlines. 
• Organise Trustee meetings, prepare agendas/packs, and draft accurate minutes. 
• Track meeting actions to completion. 
• Prepare and monitor scheme budgets; review and process invoices. 
• Respond to member queries promptly. 
• Gather information to support member discretion decisions. 
• Build strong relationships with trustees, advisers, sponsors, and administrators. 

• Experience in pension governance, administration, or trustee support. 
• Strong understanding of DB pensions and governance requirements. 
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
