You will lead integration of newly acquired businesses into established payroll and pensions operations. Your ability to lead as well as deliver projects working closely with the in-house Pensions & Payroll teams will be essential.
About the role
- Lead end-to-end payroll and pensions integration following acquisitions
- Consolidate multiple pension schemes
- Manage data migration, mapping, validation and system onboarding
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams across the projects
About you
- Proven experience managing and delivering projects end-to-end
- Draw on project management experience in Pensions (DB/DC) and/or Payroll
- Strong knowledge of data migration, data flows and reconciliation
