A high-impact pensions role working directly with trustee boards and senior stakeholders on the governance and delivery of complex occupational pension schemes. This is a varied position covering day-to-day scheme governance through to strategic projects that shape long-term outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading trustee governance cycles including meetings, agendas, papers, actions, and decision tracking
• Acting as a key liaison for trustees, sponsors, and advisers across multiple schemes
• Ensuring strong governance frameworks are in place across risk, compliance, budgets, and scheme records
• Supporting delivery of strategic projects such as de-risking, investment changes, and scheme wind-ups
• Preparing clear, accurate governance and member communications
• Contributing to client development activity, proposals, and ongoing relationship management
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement across processes

What we’re looking for:
• APMI, actuarial or equivalent qualification (or progressing towards)
• Strong DB pensions experience and technical grounding
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Able to balance governance discipline with a practical, commercial approach
