About the Role
- Support the early phases of a strategic pensions change programme
- Define project scope, analyse complex data and assess options
- Apply strong technical knowledge across DB and DC pension schemes
- Drive delivery through clear governance and ownership of deliverables
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage change and mitigate risk
- Communicate complex pension concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
About You
- Draw on up to date technical knowledge of UK Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions
- Experienced delivering or supporting change initiatives for pensions plans
- Able to analyse and interpret complex data to support strategic decision‑making
- Confident stakeholder manager with clear, effective communication skills
