We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator to support the delivery of accurate, timely pensions administration for members of a large occupational pension scheme.
You’ll work across DB and DC arrangements, providing excellent member service while ensuring compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
About the role
- Administer DB casework including retirements, deaths, transfers and member events
- Complete automated and manual pension calculations to agreed SLAs
- Respond to member queries by phone, email and letter - Support DC administration and liaise with the outsourced DC administrator
- Maintain accurate member records and payroll/HR interfaces
- Assist with statutory and scheme communications and reporting
- Work with internal teams and external advisers
- Identify and escalate data issues and contribute to process improvements
About you
- 2+ years’ pensions administration experience (DB essential, DC desirable)
- Good understanding of pensions administration and legislation
- Studying towards, or willing to study for, a pensions qualification
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Customer‑focused, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
