Senior Corporate Pensions Manager, Part-Time 3 day week

• As pensions subject matter expert, DB & DC, work with senior leaders and trustees to ensure a compliant, sustainable and engaging pensions offering  Advise and influence senior stakeholders and trustees 
• Oversee governance, risk and regulatory compliance 
• Drive simplification and improvement of pensions processes and experience 
• Manage relationships with external advisers and administrators 

• This truly exceptional role, working for a paternalistic employer, would appeal to a skilled Pensions professional with in-house or consultancy-based experience 
• Up to date knowledge of UK DB and DC pension schemes, legislative framework and emerging market landscape 
• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and communication skills, ability to influence at Executive / Trustee level 
• Pensions qualification (APMI/FIA/similar) desirable
