Pensions Transformation Officer

• Support transformation projects and workstreams in line with agreed plans 
• Maintain project documentation, risks, actions and progress updates 
• Track milestones, KPIs and benefits, escalating issues where needed 
• Prepare dashboards and management information 
• Support process improvement, testing and implementation activity 
• Assist with change communications, engagement and training 

• Degree or equivalent experience 
• Experience supporting projects or change initiatives 
• At least two years’ experience in a regulated, financial services or pensions environment 
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working to deadlines
• Pensions or regulatory knowledge, UAT experience, reporting or MI preparation
