- Lead all pension activity, strategy, governance and compliance
- Act as the key representative with the senior leadership team, Trustees and advisers
- Lead and develop a small pensions team
- Manage pension governance, risk and budgets

- Draw on in-house or consultancy experience with up to date occupational pension scheme legislative framework
- Proven skills in driving a robust governance framework
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, organisational and analytical skills
