DB Pensions Client Relationship Manager - Yorkshire hybrid

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a third party pensions Company who are presently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager - hybrid Yorkshire.

What we’re looking for:-

• a Proactive, knowledgeable, and relationship focused Client Relationship Manager to help  deliver a high quality, forward thinking pension service to sponsoring employers of  Defined Benefit (DB) Master Trust schemes and the employers and trustees of the DB Multi Trust schemes.  

  You will be responsible for: 

  • Proactively managing and coordinating the delivery of services to sponsoring employers and trustees, ensuring a consistently high quality client experience. 

  • Building and developing strong relationships with  Clients and advisers

  • Leading strategic discussions with clients about long term scheme aims

  • Initiating and delivering clear, engaging communications—including presentations, reports, and updates—to employers, trustees and members. 

  • Coordinating client projects, including those focused on scheme growth and development. 

  • Acting as a source of expertise on propositions, technical pension matters, and current industry issues. 

  • Supporting the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance. 

  • Working closely with the Head of Client Relations to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed policy and governance frameworks. 

  • Drafting high quality client announcements, booklets, presentations, and employer/Trustee papers as required. 

  • Taking responsibility for effective risk controls, ensuring all services meet governance and policy standards. 

  Skills Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Proven Defined Benefit Client Relationship Management skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders. 

  • Proactive, solutions focused approach to work. 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Solid understanding of DB pension schemes, legislation, governance funding and current industry issues. 

  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
